Looked him up.. couldnt find him.
The bedrock of legendary jazz band Yellowjackets, Larry Carlton and Herbie Hancock bands & many others, Will was my 1st exposure to a drummer who besides having power, dynamics, groove, chops, also has the very rare qualities of great sophistication & good taste.
Here's a sample:

I had a gig with him back in 2004 and was in touch with him for a bit after that but haven't corresponded with him since. I believe he's still living in LA, running his own production company, working on his own solo CD, plus giving a few clinics for Pearl (and other products he endorses) from time to time. He also stays busy as a father; he has a young son who should be about 5-6 years old now. I don't know much more than that ... sorry. I just checked and noticed that his website (www.willkennedy.com (http://www.willkennedy.com)) is down; don't know what's up with that.

I've always liked his stuff. I also like that he plays open-handed.

Will is a very senstive musician. Run For Your Life remains a favourite record. Would love to hear new stuff from him sometime.

Awesome drummer. First heard his drumming on the Ray Obeido album 'Iguana' which has some really nice jazz/funk stuff on. Also great drumming on there from Paul Van Wanigen and David Garibaldi.

I saw him at a clinic in, late 80's/early 90's.
He was so smoking I thought the drums were going to burst into flames. The man can play! I'm sort of surprised he's not more well known.
