I heard that today. Sad.
I really like the drumming he did for ABBA.
The story on the radio said the was the only drummer to do all of ABBAs music.
His drumming was pretty creative in the style of music ABBA did.

R.I.P. Ola Brunkert

How sad. What a weird accident. Enough musicians kill themselves with drugs and dissipation that it's really unfortunate when an apparently well-adjusted person suffers a freak accident like that. At least he lived a full life!

What a terribly loss!

a great muscian indeed.
a nice groove on dancing queen, and one of the first to use the open/closs hihat in the beat.

He was one of the greatest drummers of all times along with Jeff Porcaro and Carlos Vega. It wasn't him playing on Dancing Queen though. That was Roger Palm playing on that track!

R.I.P. Ola we have lost one of the best!
