You also may be interested to know that question #39 gives you an opportunity to vote for the top drumming/percussion book of the year, with one option being The Roots of Groove: R&B/Soul & Contemporary Funk Styles For Drums by Pat Petrillo.

I wouldn't be surprised to see something along those lines in the future Rob. Maybe you should invest some time into seeing what you could do about starting up a catagory like that.

Well considering I'm the only disabled drumming site out there besides the DDA which doesn't offer a whole lot on the website unless you're a member, I'd say it's not a fair competition :)

Thanks for that!...I emailed and asked them why "Hands, Grooves, & Fills" is not mentioned in the BOOK Category!? Maybe they will put it on

IF NOT..If anyone is inclined, please "write (type) in for Instructional Book, "Hands, Grooves, & Fills"
