i have been drumming for a year and 1/2, my problem is with my double bass, some times i can play it good and some times i suck sooooo bad. if i play it for like 20 seckonds i feel like my legs will just click and i can play it good but the 19 seckonds b4 that sound like crap, any tips on how to get better. and or seat hight and how tight my pedals should be. thanks so much

Just like you play rudiments with your hands you need to play them with your feet as well. Just use your feet and no hands. start slow, speed up, slow down and then stop. This will help build up endurance and control. Try different techniques also like heel up or heel down and see what works best for you. Just keep practicing and you will get better.
Adjust the tension in your pedals so it's comfortable for you. Everyone is different and what is right for someone else may not be right for you. I like mine to be a little lose but not so lose where that beater flies all the way back and almost hits the top of my foot for instance.

First of all, how long have you been doing double bass for? There's no way you're gonna be flying 1 or 2 months after you've started - I've been playing double for 10 months now and have only just cracked 190BPM.
To build speed, I'd recommend holding 16th notes at a moderate speed (try 100BPM) for 20 - 30 minutes nonstop everyday.
As far as seat height goes, I get the best results by setting the throne up so your thighs are parallel to the floor.
