Not to beat a dead horse but are you sure its not 5 x 14 inches. This is the entire Gretsch website list.

Mhhh...a 15" Gretsch snare drum. That`s quite interesting. Never played on a 15" snare drum yet...or on a 16". Did you get Evans heads in this size without a problem?
Is this a special/limited edition snare drum Gretsch made?

It's a 14" snare. Gretsch doesn't make that size for snares.
