Nice feel , Nice hands.. good stuff. Do you practice with a metronome? If not you should, that'll clean up your playng a bit.

Nice and relaxed, but the time is all over the place. Practice with a metronome as much as possible as that will greatly help improve your overall consistency.

As a drum god said: "If you aint playin in time you aint playin" ;)
