After a quick listen it sounds like triplets between bass drum and snare, with some triplet fills.

I had a job that required me to sit most of the day. I wore five pound ankleweights and tapped my feet all day. It turned out to be a good way to prep for this song. The intro is Triplets and quads, but the rest of the song is a good workout for the feet. A good practice in keeping a steady tempo while changing the pattern on your feet.
