No Tain thread! I did a search and couldnt find one. I cant believe that, so Im really sorry if I just created the second and it can be subsequently delted if neccessary.
I really dig the way he plays. I first heard him on Black Codes from the Underground, but I also have some stuff he did with Branford Marsalis and I have three of his albums under his name. A really great player. The favorite stuff I have of his is Detained at the Blue Note.

Easily one of my favorite drummers. I'm also surprised. Do you have his records Bar Talk and Citizen Tain ?

I have Citizen Tain, but not Bar Talk. I really like Citizen a lot. Is bar talk something I would dig?

Check out "The Dark Keys". It's a Branford trio date with Tain on drums and it is killin'.
