My kits

Hi im fairly new here so I thought id post some pics of my kits. I have an old (70's) Ludwig Blue Oyster kit and recently (after a long time out of drumming) I bought myself a TAMA Superstar in custom charcoal. I always liked the 1 up/1 down set up on my ludwigs and so I used the same set up for the TAMA's, only it seemed a shame to lose the 13" so I squeezed it in to make a 1 up/2 down...

I really like that finish on the Tamas! But if you do anything to your kits please get rid of the duct tape!

Gotta love those classic Luddy's man! Sweet!! I honestly don't know if I've ever seen it in the Blue Oyster before.....I like that a lot. Very unique! The Tama finish is one I haven't seen before either. You definitely have two kits to be very proud of!

Thanks. The duct tape is there only on the stock TAMA heads to try and reduce the overtones a little. The pinstripes on the 13" and 16" are fine. I intend to change all my heads for Evans EC2's (maybe) in the near future.
