Okay, does anyone have any feedback about Trick snares in general? Good sound? Tuning range?

Also, any comments about Yamaha's David Garibaldi signature snare? It is 14x3.5 blue brass alloy. It sounds great via the live video footage Bernhard has on this site--very crisp and snappy/sensitive.

Thanks for any feedback.

I am a year behind but I have 3 TRICK snares. And I have my eye on a brass trick. They are AMAZING!

the first edition (seamless model) I prefered.

great snare. Still bad choice for sell.

Later model:

if you want a cheaper option.

Buy the SD-493 Yamaha Piccolo (older RC model, was the base for the DG sig) on eBay ore something likewise

You can hear it on the 3 some with Gadd, Colauatta and Weckl on YouTube
