Hey guys,
Thought I'd give it a go and throw a few pics up of my drumset. I am still looking for exchanging some of my cymbals and maybe add one or two Maple Custom toms.
As it is now it's a Yamaha Maple Custom coated with White Marine Pearl finish.

Nice! Cool setup and the Pearl wrap looks great. You seem to like collecting a wide range of Zildjians... if I were you though (just personally) I wouldn't use all of those cymbals at once. I'd probably put some on that other kit in the background. Speaking of which, is that yours, too?

Thank you very much.
Well, it is quite difficult to get a hold of apparently. Well, it is by far the most "deep" sounding ride Zildjian has ever made, still it's extremely clear sounding. It's quite solid and doesn't wash too much. It has a very clear stick definition.
If you want to listen to it on recordings, then it's the same model Peter Erskine used on all the Weather Report recordings. However, his is a 22". The sound is still very alike.

Thanks alot! Well, I've been collecting them some time now, and I like to use a lot of cymbals, however I'm not gonna use all three of my rides, it's just hard to decide which I'm going to. No, the other kit isn't mine. I do have another kit and I've just made another thread regarding it.

Wow!! What a sweet looking kit. The wrap looks great! I am quite partial to it (check my signature). I like how the gold lugs and the chrome rims/hoops look together with the wrap. My bass drum has the black hoops like yours and that is the only thing I wish was finished with the wrap on mine. The black shows everything.
Great cymbal collection too!! Very nice!!
