Merry Christmas to me

OK, My Fiance' Michelle Bought me this for Christmas........we were in the drum shop in portland, maine. I was tapping away and drooling over the kit and put the snare on it to see how it sounded with it, and it was just beautiful......So she said, merry christmas baby and set them on layaway for me, for Christmas.

6 Piece Gretsch catalina maple in the cherry red finish, with a marvin smitty smith, copper pearl snare drum. Stock photo's here but will post the actual kit as soon as I get it. I'll also post the pics of my new keller shells, (4 piece in a black to white fade) and the ddrum kit with new taye snare and 10" tom, (In artic chill).

Cool very nice. That is actually the one I almost bought. I was in the Portland Drum shop a few weeks ago and came very very close to buying that exact kit. He was even gonna eat most of the Taxes for me since I live in Tax Free NH. : )

You will love it. It sounded good in the store with stock heads and not tuned to well.

Sweet kit! I went into my local shop to buy a Gretsch Catalina Maple kit myself.....great drums for the money!

I ended up drooling all over a Yamaha Tour Custom kit, and I'm feeling the pain in my wallet, but they're awesome!

You picked the best color IMHO, and love the snare!

ok, with my Holiday Bonus I scored a 20" Zildjian Oriental China, 21" Zildjian Rock Ride, 6" Zil-Bel (For a trade) and a DW 7000 double pedal, hope to have pics of everything including all 3 sets up this week.
