When i started i had a similar phase where i lacked creativity. A good idea is to use your rudiments and work it around the kit. Then incorporate dynamics and etc. If you do a lot of soloing you can come up with great ideas, and then take an idea and extend it. As far as books and DVDs im sure there a plenty and plenty, but i dont have any that talk of fills. If you listen to music and pick out fills, and replicate and extend those that might help

Practice out of a book which focuses on linear grooves / fills like Future Sounds (David Garibaldi). After practicing out of it for awhile I found I could just throw stuff round the kit in a linear fashion pretty much anyway I liked. Sounds good!

Has everyone suddenly just stopped listening to music..? Every single CD you own has dozens of different fills to choose from and learn. Drumming isn't exactly rocket science, and most things can be learned to fairly high degree through simply imitating your favorite drummers.
