Triplet coordination

I`ve come up with idea (think it`s my idea) for triplet coordination using stick control -the sticking pages. You make up an imaginary cirkel between three
limps. The r or l determens witch way the circle goes. Then you decide witch limp are on the beat. And play linear triplets. The remaining limp can play any given triplet base figure.

I'm sorry you lost me at limp (yes I know it's limb I'm not gonna be a smart a**). Maybe some notation if possible will help?
