Hi. I've been playing for a little over 2 years now and recently recorded some stuff on mikseri.net. Now I would like to hear some comments. Recorded with one overhead.

A christmas update!
With my big brother we recorded a happyhappy joyjoy emotional christmas progressive jam, in a couple of days, at home. It's not a studio, so the quality isn't all that good. But I hope someone will find it enjoyable :) I made the simple drumtrack with Roland's td6-kx.

I just listened to Timekeeper and I like it. The main thing is to keep the beat throughout the song. Also you have to get the fills a bit better locked-in to tempo (and some of them them seemed a bit open-ended). I got much better as you went on, though. Play-along tracks are fun, where'd you get that one?
PS: I think around 2:30 there's a good spot for a drum break.

Thanks. I know it's a bit too sloppy, because I had played that song for like 2 hours and then recorded it (blabla excuses). I think I did better on the other sample. I got Timekeeper from music4drums.com.

Great playing!
One thing that you could do to increase the touch of your groove is to make the accents of the hits more obvious.
I liked how you filled in the spaces with some snare ghosts once in awhile

I only listened to "Non-Sense", but it was fantastic for someone who has only been playing two years.

2 years?? Bull !!
that was pretty solid playing for many more years than that..
I would try and keep the time tight on some of the fills in the 2nd tune, and some of the snare accents tend to make it drag just a bit. A less is more approach might make it funkier... just a thought
great stuff!

Wow, very good for only two years! Some of it I don't do very well and I've been playing for 16 years :)

Wow man, that was great! Keep up the good work, you've got more pocket than I do, and I've been at it a lot longer than 2 years.
