but it is cool. of course, it just means we can be replaced in studio's easier and easier.

I think Giant Steps is possibly the WORST song in the pantheon of jazz. In fact, when I hear non-drummer jazz musicians talking about it in a very positive light, I want to throw up. The song is boring - Coltrane never sounded good on it - and I wouldn't ever expect anyone else to play it. What an awful song. The robots can have it.

Hahaha, sounds like a midi file.
In my opinion Giant Steps is a great tune.
However, impressive but doesn`t sound. No tone, no emotion, no soul.
Mhhh...but why don`t they found a robot Jazz combo? =)
