I don't know if any of you have heard of her, but I was channel surfing and came across a Michael McDonald concert with her playing and I was blown away.

I'm not a big Michael McDonald fan, but ended up watching the whole concert because I just thought her drumming was fantastic. Her timing is great, her chops and fills are very nice too. She really knows how to play in the pocket.

She also sings very well....just google her name and there are some clips of her playing.

I agree- Yvette is a great drummer and a super nice person. Solid, full of groove and with a great sense of dynamics. Not only can she sing - but she can also sing and play at the same time. Great stuff.
