Not saying a drummer can't be a musician. In fact being a non-drummer musician probably helps a drummer be musical.

My biggest influences I think are Yanni and Santana. Many people think that my songs are Yanni's coz they sound like his genre but then I have to tell them that they are mine......
I'm sure, like everything else, once you work on it long enough you'll have your unique stamp on it and people will recognize it. Keep it up.
