Local Drum shop have just got in a ddrum Ash Pocket with the Hardtail Finish which looks incredible...............I love the look of it............it was out of my price range but I'm looking to go for it..........it is about $2500 US dollars
Done a search on here but not really answering on how good these kits are...........20x20 kick looks awesome.........closest someone was to answering but they have the maple kit..........this is the ash kit......
Heard them on Youtube which sound pretty good, snare doesn't sound amazing but that is a personal thing for me, I'd tune them higher.......
anyone got a Ash Pocket??
Cheers

That HAD to be list price, bud. You can get that kit all day long...with hardware...online for around 1150. You can get that as a shell-pack on eBay for around 800.

I had to have one when I saw Machine last Saturday night here in Brisbane and I was blown away by Dave McClain's small kick drums etc......found out he used this kit, Pocket Ash Purple Fade so it was sold for me........
Big_Philly yeah that was a big selling point for me, the RIM holder on the rack tom, nice touch I thought........
Metal Overlord oyur lucky mate, in America these Ash Pockets are ten a penny as they say, not so here in Aus ; - (
Like most kits not a bifan of the heads so they will go when I get the kit..........

But as a word of warning: Ddrum isnt known for "outstanding" hardware and stock heads. Get a couple new stands, a nice pedal, and some skins on them babies and you have yourself a wonderful drum set. Although, that stand does look pretty cool. EDIT: I see you already knew that
