have any of you all played some drums by Peavey? i really dont know the model or number on the kit and i could find out, but. every friday night i gig. and its a good gig mainly cause they have a drumset out there so i dont have to bring mine..lol. but man, do they sound good!
its a regular 5-piece kit with the dual tom mount on the bass. but i play the 1 up,1 down set for the gigs out there. whats wierd is i usually use the "Vater Whip" which is like a hard brissle brush.lol.. but we did a benifit concert and i used my regular sticks. and i heard the real sound of them, and they sounded beautiful.. he only paid 450 for them too!. just didnt know if yall had played any or even heard of'em..lol

The Radial Pro kits that they used to make sound awesome. Not exactly the most "beautiful" of drums, especially if you want traditional drum looks http://www.pro-music-news.com/html/05/e10829pe.htm to my knowledge, they only make one kit now http://www.peavey.com/products/browse.cfm/action/detail/item/116593/number/18024650/cat/348/PV500DrumKit.cfm that's an entry/intermediate level kit.

Peavey's Radial kits were awesome, you like the looks or you don't (I loved it!) but most agree that they sounded killer! Since they stopped making them there has been nothing interesting from them...
