I like! Good choice of kit! Short toms are nice (IMHO), they allow for easier mounting and positioning. Rock (or Jazz(Or Whatever)) on!

beautiful finish man, if i ever get a deedub ill go for that silver sparkle, or champagne sparkle. Theyre just irresistable. Id love a short stack tom, how does it sound? in comparison to a deep counterpart?

I was drooling over that kit back when you first posted it. That was a while ago wasn't it?
Congrats :)

Very cool!
Yeah, the short toms are great in many ways.
Your kit looks cool with the rail mount too. Have fun with it!

While I generally don't like the look or sound of shallow drums, that is a nice looking set. If you're going to mount a tom to the bass drum, that cool looking rail mount seems like a less intrusive way to do it and it's got a neat retro appeal.

Anyone else more impressed to see that someone actually bought the Lars Bell Brass?

Topcat, I thought those old Tama Bell Brass snares were fairly sort after by the heavy rock/metal guys. Aren't they?..

the L arm upside down makes it look so weird, plus the tom is a little itty bitty thing.

Not for the $1000+ price tag.
