I may be crazy, but I want a K Custom Hybrid ride in 22". As they don't make it I thought about taking a risk on lathing a 22" K Custom I have. Does anyone know of anyone who does this kind of thing? Cheers.

There is a forum member that does custom lathing, his username escapes me. Hopefully someone with a brain will chime in here.

JOHAN VDS, forum member is an artist when it comes to re-creating cymbals. Send him a PM and I'm sure he will take care of you. If you surf to www.cymbalcellar.com you can see and hear some of his work. Just scroll down thru the cymbals and you will see his name and info. Again, he does excellent work.

Not sure about that, but I doubt it. He can make A Zildjian sound better.

Damn, everyone beat me to it. I was hoping to come in here with my encyclopedic knowledge of custom makers and proudly declare: "Mike Skiba and Johan. /thread."
*sigh* Maybe some other time.
Does anyone know if Robert Spizzichino does/did relathing? Or does he just make his own?

haha Sorry buddy... I'm not sure if he does custom stuff or not. If he did I couldn't afford it :D
Actually... Jamie at Saluda could lathe it too I think

Amen to that. I mean, I've always thought his cymbals were good, but $700 good? I dunno.
