What kind of drum do you have right now, and does it have a tom mount on it? And how much money do you want to spend? Easiest and cheapest way to go is probably use as much of your own hardware as you can, if you can. Take the tom mount off your drum and put it on a RIMS, and suspend your tom on the RIMS. Take your tom arm off your kick and attach it to a cymbal stand with an auxilary multi-clamp.

I bought the toms separate and alls it has is arms. and a pearl ISS system. I want to get rid of that completely, the arms sometimes make it tilt in posistions i dont want them to go.

I'd go with RIMS http://www.gaugerpercussion.com/newrimsalloy.html and then decide what tom mount style you want to go with. I plum all my RIMS with Yamaha tom mounts http://cgi.ebay.com/yamaha-tom-mount_W0QQitemZ110179128063QQihZ001QQcategoryZ4708 9QQcmdZViewItem and hang them on the Yamaha omni-ball CL 945 http://www.musician.com/product/Yamaha-CL945-YESS-Tom-Ball-Clamp?sku=444104&src=GWFRWXX The "other" style would be use an L arm type. Tama/Gibraltar/DW all use L arms.

Thanks for the RIMS suggestion, thats actually what I was looking for.
What if I got http://www.gaugerpercussion.com/newrimsalloy.html
those and then I want something like this but only for one tom, I can only find the ones for two toms online for some reason.

Yeah, most cats want to mount double toms, or if they only mount one tom they just rotate the other side out of the way. What you can do is get a ball mounted L arm like this http://www.music123.com/Gibraltar-Ball-Arm-L-Rod-Mount-446271-i1139170.Music123 and find a suitable tripod stand to fit it into. Don't quote me, but I think the diameter is 7/8 on that pipe. Along the same lines, Gretsch http://www.music123.com/Gretsch-Drums-1--Single-Tom-Arm-with-Clamp-445944-i1139017.Music123 it says here, uses 1" pipe. eBay is a great place to find "parts". Most all Guitar Center's I've been to have a discount "parts" box also.
