Has anyone hear of this series of meinl?? someone is selling me an 18 Rock crash of this series, but I dont know if its good series or its just a cheap one, in google i could only find a ride, but it was in ebay of germany and the pic wasnt clear enough.

Never heard of that Meinl series. I also checked www.meinlcymbals.com
and could not find anything about that series.
I saw the one on "German ebay" you have mentioned but still nothing on the Meinl website.
Sorry couldn't help much.

The Volcanic, Rock Velvet, Dragon & Hi-Tech were part of the Profile series, and available in the mid-late '80s before Meinl had any real presence in the US. (There was also the Raker series which competed with Paiste's Rude line.)
All of them were stamped - as opposed to cast - which is not to say they were bad (I used to endorse them) but they're nothing like the cymbals the company would introduce in the '90s once they got proper distribution.
I would say the pricing should be pretty low, none of those were a premium line. Of all of them, the Dragons still command some interest. I will also add that they bend and crack easily. If you play hard, stay away.
