Rudiment Grooves for the Drumset

Anyone used this book..just started diggin into in today..looks like it'll be really helpful.

I haven't heard of the book. Does it basically only cover grooves that are based off of rudiments or does it also cover standard-type grooves with rudiment-based fills and accents? I'm really look for some literature on the former. If anyone knows of any good DVDs or books that could help with this, please recommend them to me! Thanks.

I have Pat Petrillo's "Hands, Grooves, & Fills". It's got great grooves, and shows awesome fills using rudimental phrasing and orchestrations, and various 16th and sextuplet fills. It's a DVD/Book/Play Along CD all in one. Highly recommend it.
