Stagg Black Metal Ice Bells

Sooo, I'm trying to choose which one to get...

I know they come in 6", 6.5", and 7"
and Light Effect, Medium Effect, and Heavy Effect

I know the sizes change the pitch, but what do the different "effects" do? Are they just thicknesses?

Have you heard them?? That would be my advice.

Light bells are thinner, so they're a bit crashy (they sizzle a bit) and less loud than the two others, and the pitch is lower. Medium bells are louder and less crashy. Haven't tried the Heavy version but I guess they're just louder and higher-pitched.

All are musical. I have a 7" Medium bell and it's loud enough to be heard in a metal situation. I'd like to get a Light bell, to be able to alternate between two bells, and for the subtle sizzle :).

Uh well nobody around here carries them, and i cant find sound files online... so I couldn't hear them. But anyway I ordered a 7" Medium off ebay.
