OK i just bought a drumdial and i realize that i don't get the idea how to use it....

i read the instructions over and over again and i don't get it.... :(

they say that you need to put the drumdial in a flat glass surface and position the large needle in zero...

then i finger tight my head and i put the drumdial in the head... and it show 70 or something like that and i don't know how to tune my toms in 50 for example because if i do it they are extremely tight when i want them loose...

so if anyone have any drumdial or Have a video showing how to use it or something like that let me know please!!!

I bought the dial a while back to see if it would make a difference. I can honestly say it didn't do anything for me that I couldn't already do myself. The most use I have gotten from it is as a paperweight on my desk.
Work at the drumset with the key and the ear and you will find the tones you want.

Hey Victor,

Like anything else, you're probably going to see a lot of opinions here, but I think your best bet is to go to this site: http://drumdial.com/

You can find full instructions on how to use a drum dial, along with tuning instructions. They also have some pics to show illustrate what they're saying.

Hope that helps.
