Help – I’ve been working this tune for too long. I assume it’s a Triplet feel across the toms and throughout the song, but can anyone help me with the sticking? This is a Triplet, Right? Or is this some secret feel? I feel kind of stupid submitting this, as I should know this stuff by now!

Opening line is kick on 1, snare on 2, 3&a < this is your first trip feel with a mild accent on the 4.
I peronally would stick this beat with the L on 2 followed by 3&a (triplet) and quarter note on four.
1 2 3&a 4
K L RLR L
The fill is simply an embellishment of this follwed by a crash on before 1 and then into the beat. Try to play the crash coming out of the fill as the first of a pair of 8th notes going back into the beat on the hats when it applies
1&a 2&a 3&a 4&a
RLR LRL RLR LRL
It may help to keep you feet moving on the down beat 1 2 3 4 R L R L
I think thats it, I haven't heard it in a while and never played it but I think that will help you nail this tasty little part.
Set me straight if I am wrong guys,

I'm assuming he's talking about "Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down.

Thanks for the help! The tune is by 3 Doors Down – Daniel Adair. Sounds like I need to work on my coordination across the toms AND at speed. The fun never ends....
