Hi Peeps

Ive been playing for about 4 years now and i think its time for me to get a double pedal. Im in too playing all types of music and im aiming to become a session musisian, so i need a nice sturdy reliable double pedal. At the moment i am leaning towards the DW 5002 and ive found a site with free shipping to the uk and the price comes to about £200! http://www.thomann.de/gb/dw_5002td3_double_pedal.htm <== Link. I am open to others suggestions. I am also looking at the ones in the title.

Thanks in advance, Matt

What have you tested out...like in a store or on someones elses kit?

No better proof than your own. If not possible to test...make you best judgement, probably based on cost and reputation and go with it. You can't go wrong.

I play the Yamaha Flying Dragon Direct Drive. I had a DW5000 double pedal and a newer DW5000A3 single, both good pedals, but the Yamaha's just had that extra little "something" that I dug. So, if you can, get your feet on as many pedals as you can. Find out which pedal has that extra little "something" you like. If you have to buy blind, all the top pedals offer good solid performance.
