Jason Marsalis & Mapex Drums?!

I just noticed via the Mapex website that Jason Marsalis is listed on their artist roster. Does anyone know when he joined Mapex? More importantly, does anyone know what kind of Mapex kit he plays? He's a fantastic jazz drummer.

For anyone who's interested, Jason Marsalis joined up with Mapex about two years ago--according to my jazz teacher. Herlin Riley turned him on to them. Jason apparently plays the Pro-M series; Herlin plays the ever popular Saturns.
