Anyone know how to convert drum dvd's to ipod? The problem is most ripping programs rip one chapter file at a time. so for 1 dvd I have to rip 20 or more files... Does anyone know how to rip it all into one file?

try this.... i dont know if it will work, because it says psp, but i think you can change it to the right aspect ratio and the whole bit, so it should work

There is one for the ipod too

http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/

That one. Also, if you want to rip a dvd onto your computer into a couple files, try dvdshrink. I don't have a link, but it's around

Shouldn't this be in the off topic lounge?

I searched for ages to try and find anything that actually worked but, if you download:

http://www.dvd43.com/

It basically bypasses any copyright protection on the DVD because some rippers dont work when there is protection on it.

Then get http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm DVDfab Platinum (Not Gold) and install it. Its simple to use, works well, just boost the volume up in the configuration section before ripping. Then just add it to your iTunes when ripped.

Make sure that before ripping or anything you select the iPod section menu on the left of the window and go from there.

The trial lasts 30 days i think, but its like the Winzip trial in that if you unistall it through the Control Panel, you can download it again and it'll work properly.

ImTOO DVD Ripper has always worked great for me. You can buy it...or I imagine you could "obtain" it by using the free download and "other methods"

I have a program called Handbrake that I use. You can pick a chapter if you wish and just download that part, of do it all.
Look for it at Softlookup.com
