Yup it's griptape. =)

I've been playing them like this but I'm probably gonna go back to tilting them soon.

I love that three piece setup, I usually play shows like that with our band.
That grip tape looks great on drums!
And you are tall, so I guess the cymbal angles won't bother you to much? Your head is way higher then they are so...

Thanks i made it myself. Yea ive got a couple of band going on but nothing big or serious yet.
