If the set is 20 years old, it's not an Accent. I believe they just started making those in the last few years. It could be a Ludwig Rocker set. But whatever series it is, if it's that old, finding a matching tom is going to be very hard if you go new. I would search on Ebay. If you're a few decades off on the age of the kit, any Ludwig dealer should be able to order individual drums for you.

Then it's definitely a Ludwig Rocker set. They don't make those any more, so in order to get individual Ludwig Rocker toms you'd have to check Ebay for your best bet at finding one. If you can live with the toms being a different series, but maybe (or possibly) a different finish, a Ludwig Dealer can order you Accent toms. But, I'm sure the wood used in the Accents are different in species and ply number from the Rockers so they might not sonically match up very well, especially in the fact that the depths probably will not be consistent. Your Rocker toms are probably power sizes, 11x12, 12x13 or even 12x12, 13x13, the Accent toms would be more traditional sizes like 8x10, 9x12, 10x13, 11x14 etc.. Especially if you want to add on larger toms, it would probably sound a bit strange.

Show a pic. The drumhead can say anything, that doesn't mean that's what brand it is. Ludwig has/had a line of drumheads called "Rockers" along with the line od drums. Is there a badge? What does it say? Don't lose hope just yet. Show us several pics so we can help.
Worst case, if it is older, you can still have someone customize one to match. As long as you have the right shell, anything can be done.
First and foremost, show some pics!!

Remember though, as I said, because your drums probably use different wood than the accents, and they are power sizes (11x12, 12x13 looks like) that these may not fit very well sonically. 8x10 to 11x12 is a pretty big jump in depth. But if that doesn't bother you, then the add on pack does look like it would solve your problem.

I like those tom angles! If you had clear heads, you could see straight through to the audience.
Don't worry too much about the depths matching. Many, if not most, drum sets mix square and shallow sizes of drums: 16 by 16 and 14 by 14 with 12 by 9, 10 by 8, 8 by 8, etc. Your finish doesn't look too exotic and there are companies that specialize in drum wraps.

You can find Rockers of that era on ebay. You just have to watch. You could have almost anyone re-wrap them to match. Gloss black is pretty easy to find. If you want them to look Authentic, you can then throw them down the stairs.....
Good luck!!
