Hi
I have a Evans G2 Clear Tom Pack, for my Mapex QR Toms. I would like to buy heads for my snare, and bass. Can you suggest some good ones?

Not familiar with the drums but evans emads are brilliant bassdrums heads. I used to use them but now use aquarian superkick 2's. There very simaliar. Evans eq 3's are also good i hear. as for the snare there are so many types of heads avalible from evans. on my pearl brass free floater 14x6.5 i use genera hd dry. Although bright it gets rid of all the overtones making it fairly dry. checkout the evans website if you have not already they have a chart you can go by to get the sound you want.

For the bass I recommend Evans eq 3 and for the snare Genera HD

Evans Hazy 300 Snare Side, Genera Resonant Clears on the toms, and i usually leave the stock bass reso head on b/c of the logo.
