Hello all...hope your weekend is going well...it is beautiful here in Wisconsin!!

A couple tunes...

This first one is a song, called "In Your Face," (4.14 MB QT streaming file, MP3)) I wrote based on a 4/4-7/8 riff...also my big band influence shows...the drums have some phasing...and the mix is a bit bright...but I hope you dig it...(All the sounds are from Roland U-220, EMU Proteus 2000, Nano Bass and my trusty Roland A-90...

This second one, "CyberTeK," (3.77 QT streaming file, MP3) I wrote after I saw some Transformer battle it out...again, the above peripherals were used...

Have a great up and coming week!

Peace,

wohohoooou buddy :) perfect :) the drums have very tight sound, it's because they're electric, arent they, but you have very good feeling, I like it, very good, keep it up ;)

btw, my sister is going to wisconsin in couple of days, she is going there to work as a student during the whole summer

I agree the mix is a bit bright, but the drums sound very nice. I really like the snare sound.

Hey parser,

Yah...actually I'm playing all the instruments...real bass...with fingers and some tracks with pic...also keys...the some guitar...the lead guitar on CyberTek is a pal of mine, Jay Sabatier...otherwise, I'm being the studio/instrumental moron!!

I work cheap!

thanks for the lovely words!

Wow. I like that a lot. Both tracks are hot. I like the second one. It has a Jan Hammer Miami Vice theme song feel to it.

The fill at 1:25 blew the doors right off. Smoking!

Great stuff!

Yeah I do but with my CTS and all I haven't touched in since November. I don't have the funk flowing through my veins with the bass though anyway :)

Gotta bump this one.

I've been listening to the second track just about every day. That is some really outstanding drumming! That Trick snare rocks.
