I dont know what to say, except, just... read up? Google. Find books. What do you want us to say? You're asking for tips on how to increase your drumming, but drumming has many dynamic qualities to it.
There are things that are redundant, like practicing beats (like from books or websites) and rudiments. They're the foundation of good drumming.

Start working on Stick Control at 60 bpm.

Even some basic music theory helps reading music which helps learning rudiments
There, three things in probably the best order to learn them ;)

it is almost as if you have answered your own question.
i play metal so im trying to get faster and have more endurance.
so in playing fast you have become sloppy...practice slowly and precisely.
i dont basic rudiments like RLLRLRRL RLRRLRLL etc. but i dont seem to be getting faster or stronger strokes,
well you should practice basic rudiments. they will helpyour speed, endurance and sloppiness problem.

With some good logical deduction or reading of the above posts you should be able to figure out your own answers quite easily. It is simply a matter of getting a practice routine happening and doing it. Just doing it, that is all you need to do.
Try sticking to singles doubles diddles and maybe working on hand foot combo's of the aforementioned rudiments. Take it slowly and with patience you will have the qualities you're after.
The other thing is, everything you're after is answered in threads on here. You simply have to stop looking for amazing, special routines and exercises that you think will make you brilliant. They don't exist. Just practice hard. That is the only answer you need. If you look for anything else, you will never find it and your search will be endless while wasting precious time. Just sit down and start practicing:)

Oh yea most definitally, start slow, do it right...speed will come as you bump that metronome up bit by bit.
you have a metronome right?

practise slow and quiet, then slowly it will become fast clean and powerful.
Speed is an illusion:)

I would further advise you to take a look at Nutha Jason's post about "Sweet Spot - Tempo". Read through it several times and absorb what he is saying. This will help you understand what is going on with the physical aspects that affect things like tempo.

well you should practice basic rudiments. they will helpyour speed, endurance and sloppiness problem.
jThey can also give you another technique to add to your actual playing, not just practicing.
