I see another tom in the background. Not being used I guess?

Oh my, you are one lucky guy. I'd kill for a kit like that.

Yeh, there's a few toms in the background - looks like your using a modest set. Still, looks great, very comfortable, and flashy sparkle. I would like a play on something like that.

Wow, last time I see many vintage drums here. Especially Luddies.
but hey, would love to own one. MAYBE I`ll sell my Basix Short Stack one day, then I could try to get a vintage kit.
How expencive are they?
btw, a very cool buy, no doubt.

Wow, very classy. I'd love to have a set like that. Were they rewrapped or were they just taken care of very well? They look like they're in excellent condition.

So beautiful! My first (and only) drum set is a Ludwig, my favorite drum company. ENJOY IT!

Very, very nice. I agree with your statement "no need" to...doesn't mean you won't, just means you got it right there.

Thank you all for the comments!
The set includes 12 inch tom also, but I prefer using the two toms set.
The set is original and I bought it from a collector, who held it for me
for 6 months. I had a 1970s Slingerland set earlier and needed to sell that
first to buy this one.
I also bought Premier APK set for my daughter but she´s not that into playing..
yet. I built the Premier set with 5 rototoms (just for fun!).
I include pics here.
Slingerlands: (24'', 13'', 14'', 18'')

Premier (20) + Rotoset (6'', 8'', 10'', 12'', 14'') Supraphonic 5'' x 14'' (1968)
1980 A Zildjian 14 ''Quick Beat
1980 A Zildjian 22'' Ping Ride
2000 A Zildjian 17'' Medium thin crash
2000 A Zildjian 8'' splash
1970 A Zildjian 18'' Pang w sizzles (or Swish)
1980 A Zildjian 17'' medium crash (same as in Ludwig´s set)

Nice set of Ludwigs, they look great (and I know that they sound just as good). It's a bummer you had to sell the Slingerlands because they looked nice too. I'm a Ludwig man myself, but I own two newer sets. I'm dying to find a nice vintage kit...maybe one of these days.
Enjoy!

Very nice kit! It's always nice to see vintage Ludwig's. It kind of reminds me of Joe Morello's kit back in the day. You should get the "Keystone" sheild with your initials in it like Morello had on the front of his bass drum.
