Yamaha DTXpress III Special Electronic Drum Kit. $850

In short, I am a disabled vet, and was not able to continue drum lessons fo very long after I bought the kit. I would venture to say it has less than a day of cumulative time in use. Now, I finally have the opportunity (and more importantly, the energy) to buy an acoustic kit. I'm not selling this because I need the money for the new kit (athough it certainly doesnt hurt !), but my better half suggested I need the room. LOL. As you can see in the pictures, it is in almost perfect condition and it still has the screen protector on it. I told the guy at the drum counter what I was asking, and he said it was certainly a fair price, and about what they'd sell it for. He even found some in less than stellar shape for between what I'm asking, and $1000. Of course they'd only give me $500. Like Pawn Stars. Why sell it yourself when you can have someone rip you off instead ? LOL. Anyway, feel free to ask any questions, either on here or by message. All hardware is included except the throne. Mine measure about 8.5mm. Don't have a micrometer but they are close to 3/8". Doesn't sound like they will work.

I need to identify this Cymbal before I sell it on ebay or some place else. I purchased two 12" cymbals from and estate sale a few weeks ago. One Cymbal ii's marked Bellotti made in Italy. I researched it on line and found out it is a top quality rare cymbal. The other cymbal looks simular and could be a Bellotti but only has this etching. I have taken picture of the Bellotti and the other etched logo cymbal. Can you identify it?. I have been playing for over 25 years and have never seen a Bellotti or the other Cymbal. For Sale: Vintage L&S (Leedy & Strupe) 6.5 x 14 Dictator snare drum from the mid-1930s.

After Leedy was bought by Conn in 1929, U.G. Leedy and his employee Cecil Strupe started L&S in 1930. This is a rare drum, as L&S only made drums for about 7-8 years. The Dictator was their top-of-the-line drum, and I'm told by drum historian Harry Cangany that this is probably a 1937 model.

--Mahogany shell w/maple reinforcement rings
--8-lug
--original Ivory Marine Pearl wrap
--all hardware & hoops are original except for a Leedy 3-point strainer that replaced the Dual Plane throwoff, leaving three small extra holes hidden under the strainer assembly (not sure if snare wires are original)
--Plating is flaking off on the lugs, but hoops, throwoff and butt are fine
--Stick Chopper hoops with drop gates on snare side
--Remo Fiberskyn batter and Evans 200 snare side head (so yes, modern heads DO fit)
--Great warm, vintage fat woody tone!

Condition is mint, brand new, never played--this was my Will Calhoun tribute kit. Finish is now rare/hard-to-find. Price $1100.

2. Yamaha Oak Custom
15x18 bass with mount and Yamaha lift system

Finish: Honey Amber lacquer

Condition is like new, only played occasionally at home for practice. The 18" bass lift system works perfectly: Yamaha customizes the bass drum hoop so that the pedal beater easily strikes the batter head without any unnecessary extension of the mallet. Price $1000.

These drums have been well cared for, always in climate-controlled setting. As noted above, the Saturn is *mint* and rare finish; the Yamaha is in great condition. Both kits show no visible signs of wear, no pedal rash, etc. Pictures can be provided upon request.
