Hey guys, I want to buy a cymbal off ebay, but i am unsure if the handling and oxidation in this cymbal be able to be cleaned off by cymbal polish? (i own the sabian spray on cleaner)

You should be able to clean it up real easy
It may take a bit of time though
I'd say check out the CYMBAL CLEANING thread in the cymbals section

The dark spots are pretty much there forever, and it will be tricky to get it real bright without losing the logos. I see a bright line on the bell, could be a crack. It's not the Bargainland seller, is it? They sell nothing but garbage, all the same description, whether it's in peices, or seemingly sound. Must pick through the dumpster at rehearsal spaces.

The spots don't disappear, but you may be able to blend them in a bit. Do not expect to get a mint-looking cymbal at the end of your work.
The seller I am thinking of probably doesn't know a keyhole from his... well, it's not him.

Yah, i know what you mean, but is it worth the buy? I do prefer clean cymbals =/
and i hope it's not a crack there haha
It's not barginland, that place is garbage, i agree.

Get a polish called Nev-R-Dull. It will take the spots right out. But you will lose your logos.

Groove juice could give you some success. Then add a layer of car wax to keep it from re-oxidizing.
That is about as good as youre going to do, and there will be no guarantees on the logos.
