Yamaha Stage Custom is your best choice. Honestly, amazing sounding kits for an incredible price. I bought mine for 1100 and could not be any happier (unless of course it was a Maple or Beech Custom). If you had to get one of the three kits you named, I'd get the Tama Superstar. Stay away from exports. I've tried the Premier and it's not bad. But Yamaha is your best choice.

Premier all the way. If you play rock, or blues, you should go with Premier Artist Birch

Neither the Superstar or the Export have maple in them. The Old exports are made from poplar or phillipene mahogany, and the superstars are made of birch and basswood. If you want maple, definitely look into the Yamaha Tour Customs. All Maple shell (maple from Asia, not Canada). They only a little bit more expensive than the Stage Custom.

Out of those three I'd definitely be looking at the artist maples, as they are a good step up from the other two kits. Also, the superstar is a good step up on the export in my books as well.
Just remember to check out other brands too. Mapex, Ddrum, Yamaha, Taye, Ludwig, Gretsch, and others make some great kits for the money.
On a side note about shells, if you're going to get something maple make sure it's American/Rock maple and not the cheap stuff from Asia. They're very different woods. Birch kits tend to be cheaper then their maple counterparts at the moment, so if you're tight for cash they're probably the better option. Still sound great.
My picks to have a look at; Mapex M-pro and M birch, Gretsch Catalina birch (while they still make 'em), Ddrum Dominion ash or maple.
Check ebay for used pro kits too; you can pick up twice the kit for the same cost compared to buying new

I'm sure you've heard of Ray Ayotte right?
I got a 5 piece without hardware for a grand shipped. 10 ply maple snare... beautiful sounding kit.

I don't own a Taye but have played several, and I was VERY impressed for what they offered for the money. Premier makes so great drums as well.......I think the service network in Europe for Premier might be better established though.

i played a tama superstar in a rehearsal room once.... it was pretty good. i'd take the artist maples though. saw it in a white finish, looked pretty nice. stupid salesman wouldn't let me play it though.
weird, artist maples here cost just about the same as starclassics...
