Jesvin, I would especially take a look at Dom Famularo's Cyber lessons on vic firth, and Tommy Igoe's groove essentials. Even if you are not a beginer, it is good to take a look at each of Dom's vids atleast once.

Yeah, that's a great one. I started off with the free lessons about everything (basically) on that one and just kep going.
