I've noticed that when I play a pretty fast double stroke with my right foot, I get the second stroke by turning my entire foot (exept the toes) to the left, it's kinda a bit hard to explain but I'll try to get a movie to show you..Is this wrong? Cause I feel like it get tired very fast when I do stuff with all doubles, like certain shuffle or latin grooves.

Heres a quick vid I did with my cell phone, some random just to show you, really bad sound and it hangs after the picture: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gYqrrsO0vmA

Check out Tim Waterson's new video teasers. He talks about this technique. I use this technique all of the time with my single bass drum pedal. It works well and provides you with more potential expressive energy. I love how it feels.

Yep it is the swivel. I nver used it but I heard it's really usefull. Specially if you want to go to fast temppos.
