Very nice chops. What is the cymbal on the far right. I like is trashy/crashy-ness. Does it sound like that just before the recording.
Only feedback i have is that i wish you would get down in the pocket and show is what you really got. It seems like there is a lot groovyness in you but you havnt stepped all the way down into the groove (no pun intended). Great playing overall.

I like it! I mostly agree with DC, that it would be nice to see you really explore the groove a bit more. I also agree that I like that crash. I have one that sounds just like it, mine's a Saluda though...

excellent playing, I don't really understand what DC is saying, I thought your groove sounded fine, even considering the pocket. Great playing, I especially like how you showed your playing of different genres, from rock to latin to fusion. What kind of drums you got there?

Nice drumming! Firstly I love your kit sound! But where is the Pearl Export? And what is this kit? Anyway, great sound.
And I love your playing and style. Usually I do not like to mention chops but here I have to: Nice chops mate! And great feeling!
Overall good but I also would like to see a bit more grooving...
still love your playing

Cheers Guys....
I agree with you too!!! I need to record some Groove!! But i just made this video as a chops/show off video.....i have never done it before.......so i was just experimenting.....
But next time i'll definetely record more grooves...
The cymbal on the far right is an old crash that came with my brothers first drumkit, made by Pulse......when we were about to chuck out the drumkit, i decided to keep that cymbal as it counded cool, like a really washy china.......and yes the cymbal sounds aexactly like that before the recording in real life.....
The Drums are my pearl export!!!!! It's just tuned very well......cymbals are crap......the snare is my DW Edge :D:D however snare is slightly ring at the moment, needs some duct tape.........
Funnily enough, the kit hasnt been mic'd up or eq'd or anything, its just its raw sound.....This was all recorded by my Camcorder and the mic which comes inside the camcorder......
That's a hell of a record collection you've got back there. Or are those books?

Hey that is cool! My first drumkit was a Pulse and it also came with a 16" Pulse crash, sounds kinda cool I think. For a time I used mine as a china/crash but then I sold my kit and the cymbal. Now it is at school and just played on this crash today...good sound, very trashy and thin.

hehe, lol, yehh my first kit was pulse.....so bad that kit...absolutely terrible.....everyday, a new part of the kit would dismantle itself! in the end my hi-hat wouldnt open, my snare was on a stool, (so the snares were muted), the second tom had snapped off.....etc....
the only thing that survived from that kit was the floor tom! (and that nice crash, which i use as a china)
