thats actually exactly what its made to do.....you take out one of the floor tom legs and put that in and itll give you an open bass drum sound for jazz stuff and you can bend notes too

Well, I think this proofs it again: DW makes beautiful looking drumsets. Also beautiful sounding of course...and for a high price. But they are worth the money I think.

Pretty cool ;-)

Wow, great kit and cymbals! How's the Dark Energy crash compared to the full crash (before it broke)?

That pedal floor tom thing is cool, is that something you modified, or did you buy it. Nice kit anyway, I love DW, I need to rob a bank or something.

They look 14x12 and 16x14

Parser - You have to go back to your old avatar...It rocked, it was my dream kit.

thanks a lot, yeah the floor toms are 12 and 14 inches deep, the sidekick came that way, its a specialty pedal from dw thats integrated into the floor tom leg. the dark energy crash and the full crash blended really well with eachother....and as far as hearing me play.....that will be soon hopefully

Yeah, I gotta do something...this new one is very cliche. Hmm, lets see here...
