Great stuff Raymond! I remember when you posted up just your kit and could not wait to see it completed. Now all we need is a nice recording accompanied by a nice dirty, synth bass line :)

That mate, is the most single fun kit I've looked at in ages. Something about it makes me just want to sit down behind it and PLAY. I'm so envious. Roll on my small kit in bop sizes...

Seriously mate, that is a very nice collection of gear you've got there. I'm infinitely envious and happy for you at the same time.

Love that set up. I just oredered a Sonor Jungle kit, that I will use for gigs only. My SQ 2 will stay at home.
I bet those smaller drums are easier to move around.
Do you like your Sonors?

man, your Sonors look soooo good! All in all, I'm really happy with this kit, it was cheap (I got a 50% discount!) and it's an upgraded 3005 version, those maple shells sound really good and it's great for gigs, it sounds awsome and I don't have to worry about it wearing out, getting scratches etc! One thing though, I'd like to have a 18'' bass drum, then I would be 100% satisfied!

I have changed my set-up since I took those pictures, now I have Sabian Fierce Prototype hats 13'' and a Fierce crash is on order, some more cymbals also...!

Am thinking of buying a drumbal very soon. I'm leaning toward the 8", to give me more exposed area of the batter head of my 14" snare. Is that why you picked the 8"? Why not the 10"?

Thanks in advance!
