so far, i know its 13 x 7 and was born on 2004.....

That's a DW edge. It brass and maple. It has been upgraded with die cast hoops.The upper and lower bands are made of bras and form a perfect bearing surface, hence the name "edge".

They are one if DW's high end snares and very heavy.

what are die cast hoops?

Most drums have what's called triple flanged hoops which are stamped. Die cast hoops are cast. They are a lot more ridgid than the stamped hoops and add focus to the drum. They will also increase the intensity of rim shots and cross sticking.

They are quite a bit heavier than the stamped hoops and hold their tuning better.
