I sent a two year old Eliminator single kick pedal back to them for repair under warrenty (3 year 100% coverage) The hindge pin hand come loose and would not tighten up. I get back from a gig trip to the Carolina's and there on my front porch was a big box. Inside was a BRAND NEW Pearl Eliminator DOUBLE kick pedal. No note as to why the upgrade, but I'll take it.

yeah the spring on my pedal broke and they sent me like 8 gibralter replacement springs. pearl has great warranty coverage and great customer service.

ITS nice to hear good customer service news. Alot of companies will replace or repair at their discretion. They may have found other problems, so play on man. Congrats.

Strange thing is that it was just left on my front porch, not shipped via ups or dhl or fedex. Just the box the carry case and pedal are inside. real strange like they drove up from TN or something just to dropped it off.

Sounds great! I will accept any free pedal (that is worth it)! Axis has really good insurance too, very good company to work with.
