i make my own sticks
they break fast but they are cheep
I take dowl rods to my local lumber company
And they lave them down with a copying lave
Dirt cheap
tips you want
ANd you can experenmet with sizes...ect.

i use sugar maple from a tree we cut down out back
kiln dried it in a wood burner with drum in it
and laved it with a copy lave
afer i made my first one

is there a difference between a "lave" and a "lathe" ? or is that just a grammer error?
