before the great off topic purge of '06, there was a thread about facebook. at the time, i

didn't have a facebook... now i do. i was wondering who else has a facebook? quoting

the first topic, "it's like a grown-up myspace" for those of you that are unaware.

I do, I go to MSU and almost everyone is on there; especially now that highschoolers and everyone else is allowed to join, it's almost myspace now, but still a bit more mature.

ahahaha i got half my school suspened cuz of facebook,(actually about 40 people no joke)

cuz i made a group about one of the teachers, and the teachers found it......but i had left before they found it so when i left, it gave administrator to some other guy and he got expelled

There was a great facebook deal at my school where like 50 kids got caught drinking (their profile pics were them drinking). 50 kids is like... 1/5 my schools population.

Microsoft (I think) made the creator of Facebook an astronomical offer to buy the rights, but the kid declined. *smart* But, Microsoft (I think) did get a 5% portion of the profits. I'm sure you can Google it and find the details, but this Facebook thing is increasing in value more and more each day. It parallels the Google path.
