Im surprised, this is a very good piece, although it is the meinl classics so almost the cheapest one, but sounds great

I can't put my finger on it, but there is something inherently beautiful about that kit. Maybe it's the layout and contrasts of bright and dark with the cymbals and drum heads. But there's something there that is really beautiful.

looks awesome now!!! er, but a few questions: what are the specs of the ride and the AAX crash? was just wondering...
overall it looks great and also sound very good!
PS: Mediocre, you are right, looks beautiful, I think mostly of these contrasts...

thank you guys
specs - 18 aax dark crash
15 K custom dark crash
and the ride is some old zildjian AMIR ride - the sound is beautifull, a little bit dry, but not too much I guess it is because of the dirt...but I got it allready like that

I'd like to see a shot that shows off the drums more, but it looks great from what I can see.
That old Zildjian ride looks like it has buttloads of character and attitude. What does it sound like?

I will post other pictures soon
ride - it has a little bit dry sound, due the dirt that is on it, and the bell is not too clangy, but not too soft....hopefully i can post some sound of the set

The contrast of the black DW pedal and the finish (Natural, yellow?) is awsome! Love it

I would mind having that ride, the older the better!

Can we have specs on the drums? I really like the finish, I'm hoping to get a Sonor of some sort as my next (first new) kit. I'd love an SQ2 but they cost the same as a small boat.
